Climb aboard and sail through oyster farms or past oyster-farming villages in Lège-Cap Ferret; stop off at the Banc d’Arguin sandbank and visit the Cabanes Tchanquées (shacks on stilts) or lose yourself in the unspoilt channels of the Leyre delta.
