Canoeing offers a gentle way to discover this rich and fragile natural area.<br \/>\nThis walk takes you through the natural transition from gallery forest to the mosaic of open Delta environments, between Mios, the starting point, and Le Teich, the finishing point.<br \/>\nThis stretch of river is subject to the influences of the tide, which can slow the smooth current that carries you along.<br \/>\nAll canoeists must know how to swim before they canoe.  This activity is open to children aged 6 and over who can swim, accompanied by their parents.
