Save the date: like every year, the oyster port of Andernos-les-Bains will host the great festive celebration of oysters and wine from Entre-Deux-Mers the Saturday, 6 December 2025<\/mark><\/span> !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabanes en F\u00eate is a demonstration unique<\/strong> where we value the authenticity and the art of living "well from home"<\/strong>, the time of an unmissable day in December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access to tastings in the huts is only possible with the 2025 pass, priced at \u20ac11. <\/strong>(consisting of 1 bag, 1 tasting glass, 1 oyster fork, 1 ticket for 3 oysters n\u00b03, 1 glass of Entre-Deux-Mers wine and access to Chefs \u00e0 bord). Please note: the pass is not permitted for minors (under 18 years of age), and particular attention will be paid to this matter.<\/mark><\/strong>

For those who wish to dress in the colors of the party, Terracotta is in the spotlight this year.<\/strong> ! For the occasion, sweatshirts, jackets and even jackets are available at L'Andernos Tourist Office<\/a>, <\/strong>and to the Sea Effect Workshop<\/strong><\/a> at 33 Avenue du G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Gaulle (pedestrian street).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An unmissable party \ud83e\uddaa<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once a year, the 45 cabins<\/b> typical and colorful<\/strong> of the oyster port welcome more than 20,000 visitors who come there taste oysters directly from the producer and white wine from Entre-Deux-Mers winegrowers<\/strong> : you can't find fresher or more local!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of the original recipes with maritime influences<\/strong> are proposed by the chefs of the neighboring restaurants, while artists, painters, photographers and sculptors exhibit their art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strolling along the quays, we come across bands<\/strong> and happy orchestras<\/strong>, with which it is easy to intone traditional sea shanties or songs from the South West known to all<\/strong>. And we also admire the pinnace regatta<\/strong> (traditional Bassin boat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the afternoon, under the big colorful marquee, great chefs reveal their manufacturing secrets and taste new recipes<\/strong>. We no longer count the smiles exchanged with strangers encountered during these wanderings<\/strong>, all transported by the same emotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when night falls, everyone looks up at the stars to admire the fireworks at 8 p.m., which closes this day full of colors and flavors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
