Is the Bassin in Arcachon an eco-responsible destination, we still have to ask ourselves?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To answer this question, it is fashionable to remember that our dear Bassin remains a unique and fragile common good. This exceptionally wild body of water, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous trees beyond the 12 communes that make it up, makes it a territory without equal in France. Arcachon's Bassin is attractive, it's true. But by attracting walkers, walkers, tourists and new residents, it also knows how to achieve a feat: retaining them. For several centuries our territory has indeed aroused the passion of women and men from all walks of life who have continued to protect it until now.<\/p>\n

Here, even more than elsewhere, ecological responsibility therefore makes sense. And many people now want to take part in this commitment and develop ecotourism.<\/p>\n

In recent years, we have seen a range of products and services increasingly geared towards respecting and protecting the environment. Concerned about limiting the carbon footprint, favoring short circuits and reconnecting with nature. The eco-responsible development of a territory is unique in that it does not take just one form. Today, it is a myriad of actors who have made this fight a vocation. Some, like accommodation and catering professionals, have chosen to continue a traditional activity while including in their practices these new kinds of issues: ethics, selection of suppliers, searches for labels, preference for recyclable materials, limitation of the energy footprint, etc.<\/p>\n
