1.5 kilometres from Lake Cazaux, stay in our new 140 m² air-conditioned single-storey house with a semi-inground octagonal swimming pool (6 m x 4 m, depth 1.31 m), heated and available from April to October, depending on weather conditions. The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to the cycle path leading to the lake and the ocean, and has a fully enclosed and secure 1,290 m² garden with a large 170 m² wooden terrace and boules court. Spacious, bright living room opening onto the terrace with awning, fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, four bedrooms, three of which have a 160×200 cm bed, and one with two 90×190 cm beds (television in each bedroom). The bedrooms with double beds have their own private bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a separate bathroom with bathtub and two separate WCs.
