Day 1

Arrival of participants in the morning from Paris by high-speed train (2h50 in daily connections)
Installation in hotels located near the waterfront and city center: 1000 rooms in Arcachon including 600 accessible on foot.
Meeting in the plenary hall in theauditorium fully equipped and renovated (500 seats).
Lunch of local specialties in the various restaurants attached to the Arcachon Convention Center (At Pierre, Diego Arcachon, Grand Café Victoria…).
Workshops in the different modular rooms from Palace, all equipped from 30 to 120 m².
Possibility of completing your spaces with the ground floor for a showroom of vehicles, a exposure for your sponsors with stalls…
Diner cocktail under a structure installed on the Arcachon beach* or within Halls of Arcachon (gorgeous covered market 5 minutes from the hotels and the Palais des Congrès), fully privatizable for your group.
