Located on the edge of a reservoir where neighbouring oyster farmers store their oysters, and along the road connecting the seven ports of Gujan, this cottage is the ideal and unique retreat for your holiday on the Arcachon Bassin. Built in 2017 to the latest comfort standards, the Ustrote seaside cottage is located between the ports of Larros and Gujan, in the heart of oyster farming country, with exceptional views. Its rooms are spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a sofa opening onto the terrace with garden furniture, as well as a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom opening onto the staircase (not enclosed) with two single beds and a private shower room.
