The Town of Le Teich, in partnership with La P’tite Pinte, invites you to join us on Saturday 29 August, from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, at the Place du Souvenir, for a day of celebrations centred around the market and its traders.
Throughout the day, a DJ set will provide entertainment and create a friendly atmosphere. At 11.00, the Teich-based Country Dance Company 33 will put on a country dance demonstration to get the market dancing.
From 11.00 am to 2.00 pm, visitors will also be able to take part in the ‘gift basket’ game by trying to guess its weight. The participant who comes closest to the actual weight will win the basket, which is filled with market produce.
A refreshment bar and a dining area will be available on site so that everyone can make the most of the day.
This festival will also be an opportunity to pay tribute to the shopkeepers who, week in, week out, bring the market to life
