Escape, nature and personal well-being... What if that was our credo for 2026? So to start the year off right, here is our winter to do list!
1. Take a moment for yourself
We know that the end of year celebrations can be a source of excess! To gently restore your body and mind, there's nothing like a good spa session In one of our thalassotherapy/balneotherapy centers ! Between massages, beauty treatments and even aquagym, it’s your well-being ally at the start of the year!
2. Take a quiet walk in the forest or on the beach
At this time, the leaves have fallen, and only conifers proudly resist the fresh winds. This setting is perfect for a good walk in the forest, to collect pine cones (the "pignes" as we say back home!), or simply make the most of this natural setting in the calm of winter.
In winter, the Bassin ranges offer a whole new atmosphere: the azure blue of summer is replaced by purple colors, especially at the end of the day.
3. Take to the open sea by boat
If you do not yet know the colors of the Bassin in winter, start with a boat trip, either pinnace (traditional boat) or featured !
Once on the water, the immensity of the place and the feeling of being alone in the world are incredible. You will certainly come across a few birds (brent geese, etc.) resting on the oyster bed gables…
4. Change the year as you change your look

The pitch : The Maison de l'Huître currently hosts the exhibition “The Oyster, the Pearl of Bassin” the largest pearl in the world, Hurfana, is exhibited there. But the guardian in charge of protecting this priceless jewel has disappeared but it seems that he had time to activate the security system before his departure. Be careful, if the secure box in which the pearl is presented is not unlocked within the hour, it will be destroyed! 3 assignments to choose from:
