All the cities of the Bassin of Arcachon are connected by cycle paths.
Cross the Arcachon Bassin with the maritime shuttles TransBassin.
Departure from Arcachon, Cap Ferret or Andernos-les-Bains. It is also possible to move around in a more intimate way with water taxis (7 days a week and 24 hours a day) or to rent a sailing or motor boat, or even the traditional pinnaces.
From Andernos-les-Bains, think about Tide pass, a boat that makes the connection between Andernos and Arcachon or Cap Ferret, specifically adapted to the tide times.
Bassin smart : in summer, travel by sea bus for 1€! With a capacity of 40 places, the boat bus operates the connection between the small Port of Arcachon, the Jetée Thiers and the Jetée du Moulleau.
On the Bassin from Arcachon, travel with the TER Aquitaine:
– 27 return trips per day (line 41.2U): Bordeaux St-Jean > Marcheprime (20 mins) > Biganos (30 mins) > Le Teich (35 mins) > Gujan-Mestras (40 mins) > La Hume (44 mins) > La Teste de Buch (47min) > Arcachon (50 min)
– Daily service to Biganos by semi-direct train from Bordeaux by lines 45 and 51
– Daily TGV: the Bassin from Arcachon 3 hours from Paris
In the North Bassin, travel by interurban New Aquitaine coaches
- Daily connections (line 601): Lanton > Andernos-les-Bains > Arès > Lège-Cap Ferret
- Daily connections (line 610): Mios > Biganos > Audenge >Lanton > Andernos-les-Bains. In summer, extension of the line to Lège-Cap Ferret (Grand Crohot beach)
- July-August connections (line 611): Several stops on the peninsula of Lège-Cap Ferret, from the village of Lège to Cap Ferret
In the South Bassin, travel by bus or Baïa electric shuttle for €1 (valid for 1 hour, on sale from the driver)

The Onewheel
Inspired by the sensations provided by snowboarding and surfing, the Onewheel offers a new sliding experience, with nature as a playground. Accessible to all, the Onewheel combines a revolutionary electric motor with control based on the balance of the board . The intuitive handling of the board makes it easy to move forward, brake, accelerate and carve. The sliding sensations are incredible. The sessions are supervised by an instructor, but it is also possible to rent Onewheels. Courses exist all over the peninsula.
