Located in the heart of the Bassin of Arcachon, in a three-hectare park, facing the forest, L'Oustaou Néou is an old farmhouse that benefits from a calm, natural environment, with horses and sheep. The Gîte de la Ferme is housed in part of the old farmhouse, also including the owners' home. Housed in the oldest part of the building, you will appreciate its preserved authentic character with old bricks, wood, and old tiles. It has a small private terrace adjoining the large shared terrace and the swimming pool. You will enjoy the gas plancha for your grills in fine weather. The swimming pool at your disposal is located next to the gîte, opposite the owners' house; it will be shared with them as well as with two other gîtes.
