Domaine de l'oustaou Neou – the Olivier lodge

Description

Located in the heart of the Bassin of Arcachon, in a three-hectare park, facing the forest, L'Oustaou Néou is an old farmhouse which benefits from a calm, natural environment, with horses and sheep. The Gîte de l'Olivier is housed in a newly built building located near the old farmhouse including the owners' home and a gîte. It has a terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha, located next to the shared swimming pool. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen, dining room and living room (sofa bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are two attic bedrooms each equipped with a 160×200 bed, a separate toilet and a dressing room shared by both bedrooms. The swimming pool at your disposal is located near the gîte, opposite the owners' house.
