A private car park offers the possibility of recharging an electric vehicle using two terminals (package).
The house consists of an entrance hall, a dining room opening onto a terrace, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a 140cm bed, each with its own bathroom and private toilet.
Upstairs: a lounge, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed (for a young child), a shower room with private wc.
