Andernos les bains is located between Cap-Ferret and Arcachon. The ocean beaches are around 15 km away. The flat is located in the centre of Andernos les Bains, very close to services, the covered market, the Broustic park, the Port Ostréicole, the Jetée, Bassin, the sailing school, the cycle path, in other words, everything on foot! The beach is only 200 m away. The added advantage is that it is set back from the street. The flat is brand new, on the 2nd and top floor with lift (accessible to people with reduced mobility).
