Situated in the heart of the Arcachon Bassin area, in Gujan Mestras, close to the golf course, in a residential neighbourhood, our villa is the perfect place to stay with family or friends. Set on a 1,000 m² plot, the villa features an enclosed garden with terraces, a private swimming pool (4x9m) and outdoor furniture. The house comprises a spacious living area with a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and TV lounge opening onto a semi-covered terrace and the swimming pool, as well as three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a separate toilet and a utility room. The bedrooms are furnished with a 180×200 bed, a 160×200 bed (two 80×200 beds joined together) and two bunk beds respectively. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in one bedroom.
You’ll also find a gym and a spa there, and a two-person sauna is planned for summer 2026.
