It comprises a bright living room opening onto a wooden terrace and a small town garden, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms on the ground floor, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine provides a large double bedroom with a sleeping area, shower room and WC.
