The Bordeaux National Opera Ballet presents four choreographed scenes:
«Hurry up, we’re dreaming» by the American choreographer Justin Peck propels his dancers, clad in trainers, into a dreamlike spectacle that flirts with jazz and tap dancing, set to electronic music by the band M83.
«Now and Now», directed by Johan Inger, explores a relationship that goes through various stages, blending the simplicity and complexity of relationships.
«Softly, as I leave you» centres on a couple and a box that represents the limits of our perception: the man embodies one of the most essential senses, touch, whilst the woman embodies the sixth sense.
«Marco Goecke’s *Woke up Blind* explores the turmoil of love and passion, carried by Jeff Buckley’s emotive voice. The choreography delves into the depths of human emotion.
