Description
‘The Leyre with a difference’ – a group canoeing experience led by an instructor and a yoga teacher.
As you float along the river, Adrien introduces you to the Leyre and its flora and fauna. .
Julia invites you, through a series of brief mindfulness and breathing exercises, to slow down, listen and take a fresh look at this landscape. .
The tour starts at the bird sanctuary.
From the age of 6, you must be able to swim 25 metres; please bring a T-shirt; closed-toe shoes are compulsory. .
