When the tide is low in Bay, take a dip in the ocean beaches, at Lake Cazaux or in the Arès swimming pools in Saint Brice, Lanton, Le Teich or even in the largest seawater swimming pool in Europe in the port of Audenge.

When the tide goes down on the Bay, swimmers are replaced by people going for a stroll and fishermen! Alone or accompanied by a guide, go fishing for crabs and shellfish. Remember to get a measuring ruler from the tourist office to be sure to pick up the right size shells.
