Cabanes en Fêtes in Andernos is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year! 🎉

Save the date: like every year, the oyster port of Andernos-les-Bains will host the great festive celebration of oysters and wine from Entre-Deux-Mers the Saturday, 6 December 2025 !

Cabanes en Fête is a demonstration unique where we value the authenticity and the art of living "well from home", the time of an unmissable day in December.

Access to tastings in the huts is only possible with the 2025 pass, priced at €11. (consisting of 1 bag, 1 tasting glass, 1 oyster fork, 1 ticket for 3 oysters n°3, 1 glass of Entre-Deux-Mers wine and access to Chefs à bord). Please note: the pass is not permitted for minors (under 18 years of age), and particular attention will be paid to this matter.

For those who wish to dress in the colors of the party, Terracotta is in the spotlight this year. ! For the occasion, sweatshirts, jackets and even jackets are available at L'Andernos Tourist Office, and to the Sea Effect Workshop at 33 Avenue du Général de Gaulle (pedestrian street).

An unmissable party 🦪

Once a year, the 45 cabins typical and colorful of the oyster port welcome more than 20,000 visitors who come there taste oysters directly from the producer and white wine from Entre-Deux-Mers winegrowers : you can't find fresher or more local!

Of the original recipes with maritime influences are proposed by the chefs of the neighboring restaurants, while artists, painters, photographers and sculptors exhibit their art.

Strolling along the quays, we come across bands and happy orchestras, with which it is easy to intone traditional sea shanties or songs from the South West known to all. And we also admire the pinnace regatta (traditional Bassin boat).

In the afternoon, under the big colorful marquee, great chefs reveal their manufacturing secrets and taste new recipes. We no longer count the smiles exchanged with strangers encountered during these wanderings, all transported by the same emotion.

And when night falls, everyone looks up at the stars to admire the fireworks at 8 p.m., which closes this day full of colors and flavors.
