Description
This workshop will aim to refresh the body, cultivate inner stability and balance the Pitta season (fire and water). We'll opt for long poses for a deep muscular practice and to better observe our mind, while massaging the abdomen to evacuate excess fire.
June ushers in summer, with its endless twilight that leads us into the longest of days. The heart becomes lighter, daily worries seem less restrictive and the sun draws us outside. Summer makes us available to the full, and opens us up to the pure joy of being.
We'll use this energy for a gentle sequence at the beginning with a breathing practice to relax the body and the breath, releasing tension and preparing it to open up.
Bring comfortable clothes and a drink for the session.
